As long as Sherri Kuar is the Executive Director at Brookdale Roseville, I wouldn’t set foot in their door. Don’t waste a minute spent there. I should’ve listened to my gut and moved my loved one out of there months before I did. I’m sure she or her brown nosers that are afraid of her will post some reactive comments to make her look good. She is so manipulative, taking good, sweet staff that eventually get duped by her ways and she turns them into mini Sherri’s. If they stand up to her, viola..they are gone. RecommendedThe hardest decision of our lives turned out to be the best. If there was a Hall of Fame for assisted living communities, Brookdale Lewisville would be in it. Sales Manager, Lawrence Goodloe, deserves accolades for being a man of integrity and humility. He delivered on every promise and went out of his way to ensure a smooth transition. Brookdale of cypress lake is one of the most toxic environments I’ve ever been in..yes the residents are great but it’s the staff that’s the issue especially management. A facility needs management to work under in order to ensure a smooth shift however the management here plays favorites and is absolutely terrible

Drove from Indiana to take my 94 yr old Dad to visit his 93 yr old sister last Saturday. My aunts attendant was extremely condescending when talking with my aunt, by time we left I realized she should not be working with the elderly at all. We had just mentioned leaving when attendant comes out stating she was getting off, my aunt needed to come in before she could leave. From the beginning of her transition from the hospital to Brookdale, all staff immediately jumped in and helped with the supports necessary for both my mother and myself. RecommendedAs the significant other and friend, of the daughter, of a current resident I want people to know that Brookdale is a facility that provides excellent care for the residents under their charge. My girlfriend and I have visited, interacted, and participated in multiple events that truly were designed to benefit all of the residents living at the facility.
