Well I’m a little partial because I’ve worked here for 11 years. I can tell you that it’s a wonderful place and we love these residents. My dad and stepmom live here now and are doing well. I wouldn’t hesitate to move a loved one here! #bestjobever
They are kind, caring, friendly and they look out for everybody and know everyone by name.
My mother has been a resident of the assisted living facility for one year and we continue to experience inconsistency in weekly laundry services, weekly cleaning of her room, in availability of menu items, in having adequate water pressure and water temperature in your shower to allow schedule bathing, just to name a few concerns. Facility manager is not responsive in resolving issues or returning calls. I would not recommend the assisted living services at this Jackson location.

The place seems really nice. I was called for a interview there. I was really excited about coming to work there. I went for my drug test. I was supposed to be waiting on my background check. I have NEVER failed a drug test or background check. Now the lady who interviewed me will not take my call. I have left 6 voicemails and she will not return my call. I can't figure out what the deal is. If they didn't want to hire me why go to the experience of sending me for a drug test. I went and bought clothes to wear to work based ... read more
I have lived here 3 years. The actives are the best. I am not physically able to attend all of them but love it when I can. All of the staff are very helpful to me if I need anything. If I need emergency help I just push a button.
