Due to a catastrophic fall, our mother was not relieved of her excruciating pain until HealthONE hospice was replaced as the provider for our mom. Emily ( music therapist) is incredible! Her talent and sweet personailty was so soothing for our memory care resident on hospice, and her energy just lit up the room! I enjoyed watching the joy she brought to one of the ladies I care for, and how truly engaged she was the entire visit! The visit was so heartwarming, and so personal, and made our resident feel happy, relaxed, and loved!
