Nice place to work everyone is friendly
This facility is very nice and clean, but if your loved one needs immediate assistance well good luck! The employees here are so understaffed it's not a safe environment for the elderly, really consider before choosing this facility. Every issue I've mentioned has been brought up with staff and after weeks nothing has improved! That's not how you want your family members to be cared for.
We finally found Brookdale after a very bad experience with another Hospice. The staff are compassionate and treat your loved one like they are their own family. Everyone we encountered from Social worker, LVN's to nurses were a true asset to Brookdale. Thank you for taking care of our beloved father Robert. We are forever greatful. Kathy and Michael.
