They did great until they just didn't. They sent a person to my family to handle showers as they're unable to wash themselves. They had just undergone hefty and severe life-changing surgery, and cancer to boot. Lady didn't like the questions asked related to it, and put on a bit of drama to higher ups, instead of setting boundaries.
