This agency accepted me fully knowing my needs and when I questioned when my other services would start they dropped me. A couple weeks ago, they had 2 stars on Google but some how have 5 now. There was a lot of miscommunication, dangerous medical advice and conflicting information given. I would not trust them.
Excellent staff and help. Good communication. Such practical exercise and suggestions. We were very pleased with our experience with Brookdale. They make a difference in your recovery!
