The residents are lovely and amazing; the employees are wonderful and caring. Great place to be!
AWFUL service. My grandmother and I have called the staff numerous times during her stay here and she gets ignored. She calls when she has to use the a groom since she cannot on her own and they never come and when she ends up having an accident they treat her poorly. NEVER send anyone you love and care about to this place. It took over an hour for someone to be sent to her room to take her to the bathroom and we are still waiting. This place is awful and they should be shut down.
