Today my husband and I came for an annual visit. State Department of Health protocols were followed. We and all staff wore a mask, our temperature was taken as we entered the office and we were encouraged to wash hands using the hands-free sanitizer. We felt very safe and the hygienists did an excellent job explaining the new procedures to insure our safety. Thank you.
New to this dental office and the first time there was great the staff was super nice, super clean office, and made the process very easy. I have an upcoming appointment with them and they gave me a call before the procedure letting me know what my out of pocket cost will be after insurance covered some of the cost. Not many dental offices go out of their way to tell you the final cost beforehand so i really appreciated that and shows that they care about their patients. Our whole family goes to Webster Dental now. Not only are they kind, but they are thorough and professional. We have gone to several practices and there’s always been something not quite right. We always walked out of other places not knowing if we could trust them. We’ve always felt confident with Webster. When my son complained of tooth pain, they got him in right away. We don’t have dental insurance, and the front desk is great to deal with. They really have it together, too.
She was so efficient and kind. She always checks in to make sure things don't hurt and actually listens to any and all of your concerns. Even with all the necessary protections with COVID, you could tell she was smiling under all that gear. If anyone has an aversion to the dentist, give Dr. Kauffman a try, she'll do a great job of easing your nerves.
It is always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned. Very friendly staff! My teeth feel great and my hygienist rocks!
