I really don't know were to start because everyone was so nice and helpful. They treated you more like a friend and/or family member than a first time patient. They answered every question and went over everything throughly. And gave me their expert advice on what they thought should be done first for the money. And what was more urgent. Wonderful staff and service. Preventative without unnecessary work or costs.
They blew me away with my 1st visit yesterday. Not a typical dentist office that I was accustomed to. Waited 5 minutes upon arrival and was already called for consult and x-ray. Every person I interacted with were professional, friendly and awesome listener. The attending dentist, Dr. Ngan was phenomenal. He understood my problems, explained my options and suggested the solutions. Next appointment in May. Will keep everyone posted.
Jessica is very pleasant and professional. Does a very thorough exam and cleaning. Would without reservation highly recommend her to friends.
