So nice to walk through the doors at Greeneville Dental Associates and be welcomed by pleasant staff members. There was a small issue with one of the hoses on the equipment and the staff pulled together and got it fixed in a jiffy. I didn’t think I would ever find a dentist office that I actually enjoyed visiting for my checkups, but then I found this one. Everyone is already so nice and friendly. They ineract with the patients, tell you what they’re doing, and help you to understand what you can do to improve your health. I’ve been to dentists before who only want to scold you for not flossing or wait until it’s too late to fix something so that they can charge you the most $$. That’s not how Greeneville Dentle operates.
This was a good experience.
My teeth felt great after a routine cleaning. They were gentle around my sensitive gums. They also got me right in. I didn't have to wait long to be seen.
I really do! Everyone in the office is ALWAYS friendly, prompt and professional. I trust them with my teeth and oral hygiene. We share a quick life update twice a year. I have heard them be very gentle and understanding with children also. They are a great group and I highly recommend them.
The support personnel I had contact with were professional and knowledgeable concerning my medical problem.
