very nice associate. wasn't a dreadful experience at all she was nice and careing. was also helpful about some advice I needed to know. great people at Greeneville dental assoc. highly recommended. thanks you all and have a great Christmas.
As always, the staff was kind and accommodating. I have a couple of sensitive teeth and the hygienist was very careful with them.The front office staff kindly answered a few questions I had about my insurance. Overall a good experience.
First of all I am not a good dental patient, and this office makes you feel great about coming in. They have calmed my nerves and fears about having procedures done. They are quick getting you in for your needs, and they always greet you with a smile and words of kindness. They explain things up front, and will send you reminders about appointments and then will send you follow up instructions and after care reminders.
