If you love your loved one, get them out of there asap. Management is a joke, does not care about residents and are disrespectful to their families. High priced for no activities. No activity director and rooms are not clean and ceilings are cracked. Employees and residents are unhappy. Facility needs to be shut down. This is an injustice to residents to stay open. Shame on Management who only cares about sales and not about the elderly who families pay their salaries.
Stay away from this facility It is horrible. There is no interaction between Management and families. Also, Management does not even talk to residents. There are no activities-because they do not have a director for it. Executive Director and Wellness Director have attitude problems. Accounting Manager is also a troublemaker. Rooms are dirty, ceilings are peeling. High price for lousy service. If your loved one is in this facility, take them out-they deserve better. This facility needs to be shut down.
