Service is good,staff are nice and welcoming there are some delays with making appointments over the phone.
the number listed is useless, it rings then hangs up. no way to get in contact with the clinic. very frustrating.
Can’t get anyone on the phone! Trying to get my kids medical records so that they can start school and these people never answer the phone. Even when you’re sitting in the clinic they just let the phone ring. Really disgusting attitudes also. The Dr’s are nice though.
Save your time and money… DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE. I made an appointment through the MyChart app to see a doctor I usually see at another brookdale location. When I got there, they said she wasn’t there, so I saw someone else. The doctor that I saw was nice but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She FaceTimed other doctors in the middle of checking me out to ask them questions. She sent me to do bloodwork and said if anything abnormal shows up, I’ll get a call. I have always had issues with the front desk i really want to switch my children but its so convenient They are very rude and slow especially that elderly one who looks possessed i’m so glad to see from the other reviews that its not just me.
