Keep u on the phone holding on too long
A manager needs to investigate the workers and the DESK, they do not pick up the phone at all for that reason I no longer trust this site for my toddler to go to it’s been two weeks and you telling me not one person pick up the phone. They are doing this on purpose the next time I call I will screenshot, why am I waiting over a hour for a call multiple times.
