My total experience was a wow! After suffering from pain in my wisdom teeth for a period of time, I did research one evening and found Edgewood Dental had evening and weekend hours to fit my work schedule. I put in a request that evening and got a call the very next morning to schedule an appointment. My hygienist, Melissa, is super terrific and a real pro. She makes me feel welcome. I also enjoyed a great cup of strong, black coffee from the Keurig.
I made a same day appointment as a new patient to the office for an acute problem. I was able to address not only that but also my health maintenance visit at the same time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My chief complaint was investigated thoroughly and everything was explained to me very clearly. I was very satisfied with my encounter and would recommend the office to anyone seeking a dental provider.
