My brother has been at the facility for the past two years. He has received such good care from the beginning. I don’t feel he could be in a better place
The staff at Brookdale at Eddy Pond have been fantastic. They care for my Mom like a friend. They guided me and helped me get my mother the best help possible. Thank you!
Beware...they are implementing a new policy calling it their "preferred pharmarcy" plan. Although they state in their contract that you can use ANY pharmacy you choose, you will be charged a "fee" for doing so at the rate of $150 per month. In our opinion, this is fine...not a fee. We have had nothing but problems with Omnicare, their pharmacy of choice. This new policy does not present a choice at all, but is a blatant money grab.
If someone is looking for somewhere to to go, I tell them to come here. I love it here. ~Lorraine P
The time came at 95 yrs old when doctors determined my mother could not live alone any longer. She needed assisted living. I am so happy we found Brookdale Eddy Pond West.
