Brookdale Eagan, was a terrible place to have a loved one there. The management spends very little on meals, and the facility is okay. There are some amazing staff members, that do their best. After seeing many Long Term Care facilities, Brookdale, is sup par. Eagan Pointe is superior and my Mom actually slightly improved, due to the level of care that was provided once she got to a better facility.
I have been part of Brookdale Eagan for 14 years I have been a reliable and devoted employee I have as much compassion for the residents as I do my own family it's been a honor and privilege to be part of their lives Brookdale of Eagan will always be in my heart and memories
The best quality care team I have ever witnessed in my 9 years in senior care as a home health aide myself!
