RecommendedWe’ve been with Brookdale since December, so only just a few months. Mom had a tough time adjusting for the first month, however the staff went beyond to help make her feel at home. During this time of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are so very thankful that she is where she is, she still has her independence yet, if we need anything the staff has never been anything but helpful to assist when needed. I called on a Saturday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was not helpful, was rude and hung up on me.All she would say is "I can't give you any information". I felt like my friend must be in prison.
Brookdale Dogwood is a beautiful facility. Our family has been quite pleased with the quality of care provided to our relative.
