My partner has had the worst possible experience here. We paid an $800 deposit for a sleep apnea device and after five months of waiting for it arrive, it has been impossible to get an answer from any of the staff and we’ve been refused a refund multiple times. We’ve been told they “can’t process refunds on days that aren’t Wednesdays” or “the dentist will call you right back” and I’ve never been able to get anyone on the phone with a meaningful answer or resolution.
