Had to move a relative out as his room was full of cockroaches. Replies to pendant use was very very slow
We came to visit the residents of the facility and present music to them. Our group had been scheduled more than a month. No one, not an employee or any other staff greeted us showed us to the entertainment room or was even present while we, strangers were singing for residents. The facility seemed clean and did not smell bad. The staff, well???????
