RecommendedStaff is supportive and friendly. My mother has really enjoyed her time at Brookdale
Management was always changing. Rules were always changing and they could not keep any staff because we were overworked and under paid but they charge the residents for every little thing.
RecommendedThis place has been great with my Mom ! Those that work there are friendly, easy to talk with and very attentive to my mom. It is a wonderful place. She has been there almost 2 years now.
When we moves my father into this place we, were pleased. He has been there now for 3 years & 4 months. the girls that take care of him are wonderful. But the Brookdale corporation is now charging a high rate for things that should not be charged for. And I'm speaking of inquiring at other locations. He can't afford the place with all the pricing changes going on. Would I recommend it. Only if you have lots of money. It gets down to the corporations like every thing else. Money money money. Not the people.
The longer my mom is in this place, the better we like it. The people are all very nice and efficient and really care for the residents. Everyone there is also very nice and accommodating to family members. We are invited to many events that they have frequently. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Such caring and compassionate staff, with the best residents! So proud to be a part of this Brookdale community!
