As a retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer I discovered that management has bunch of deceitful scammers and lazy lousy work. Takes days to respond even after calling so many times. Bathroom flooded with water and they did not care.
Bunch of crooks and scammers run this place. Constantly changing property management companies and very poor communication to owners. The last Person to manage HOA dues fled the country stealing thousands of dollars of owners’ funds that were paid over the years. Maintenance staff does not respond to requests or calls or even texts. And if you’re lucky enough to get them to fix anything they insist on cash payment but then disappear after.
