As a new patient coming in with pretty bad teeth, I was embarrased and nervous as I have not been to the dentist in a while. The girl that took me back was absolutely the sweetist person ever. She made me feel comforted,she was sympathetic instead of judgemental, she was talking about a positive dental future for me instead of a negative one even though I have to get most of my teeth pulled. She gave me options, she gave me comfort and most important she gave me respect. Oh, and the Dr. was great as well..
I actually enjoy coming to this dentist. Dr. Creech really took care of me. her assistant is sweet and put me at ease. Ill be coming back.

Dr. Shepherd and his staff are the best I have ever had to treat my dental needs.
From the moment I entered the front door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. On my first visit, the hygenist cleaned my teeth, gently but thoroughly. She was very pleasant, and gave me some education about my dental hygiene that was very helpful. When I returned to have a couple of fillings done, I couldn't have felt more relaxed. Having the option to use the nitrous oxide gas was nice, too. Dr. Creech did excellent work, and her friendly but professional manner gave me confidence in her ability.
Awesome customer service. You really have a good process in place for the patient from check in to check out.
Another great experience. Ester is so thorough and caring. Couldn't be more pleased.
The receptionist was very comforting when I walked into the office. I was running a couple of minutes behind, and she assured me that it was okay. The dental hygienist was welcoming, friendly, efficient and informative, and took her time with me. Dr. Creech was friendly. I had not met her before. She also took her time and was thorough with her examination.
The service was friendly and professional from my first phone call through the time I paid for mine and my son's first visit. Thank you to the whole staff for making us feel comfortable and like you wanted us as patients. That is rare to find anymore.
