I found everyone to be very helpful, informative, and friendly!
When I went for my routine cleaning and check up, I was promptly made aware that my hygienist was out sick(Pam) but I would be seeing Ester. I was impressed with the fact that my appointment was not canceled due to Pams sickness and that the office had a backup plan for my visit. I am very appreciative that the office staff took my time into account and did not cancel my appointment. Once I got back to have my cleaning, Ester was very pleasant and made my visit as painless as possible.

I'm getting a fractured crown replaced in two weeks. Normally, I'm very stressed about visiting the dentist, but since I started going to Colonial Heights to Dr. Trevor Lawson, I can't say I enjoy and look forward to the appointment, but I can say the staff and Dr. Trevor Lawson are outstanding and make the experience much more pleasant.
