Wonderful and thorough exam etc. Also I had a friend visiting and he was having tooth pain. I called and requested if he could be worked in with my appointment. This was done and he was very pleased with the great care he received at your office.
Recommendedthe energy from the staff and the caring that is placed throughout the community. The whole staff really takes pride and shows real love for the residents there. it's like.... one big family. Wr all pinch in and support each other. We take pride and responsibility.
My daughter in law Kyla Bussell is a nurse at you’re company. She is a very smart intelligent nurse and because she is my daughter in law. It’s because she is a wonderful nurse. I worked with Kyla in a skilled nursing facility with her and she is an awesome nurse. She is one of the best nurses I’ve ever worked with. She is always kind and considerate with everyone.
I cannot begin to thank each and every staff member at Brookdale Colonial Heights for all their kindness, love, and thoughtfulness as my mom moved in this week. Every single person went above and beyond to help us with this transition. I have never felt more love, genuine love, as I have from each member of their team. My heart is breaking to have to leave her tomorrow, but I KNOW that she will be loved and deeply cared for by each individual serving her. I take great comfort in this. Very rude staff after management leaves, came to visit family in law, lots of young girls on their phones and sitting around. I heard a dinging go off over 45 minutes(assuming it was a pager) they didnt answer the door bell in timely manner then when I finally got inside they were rude and just walked away.. I couldnt get someone to let me in on my loved ones side for almost a half hour. My family had struggled to determine how best to help our mother, she was becoming more and more confused and forgetful. It wasn't safe for her at her home and she really complained about us "taking away her life" by making her live with us. Then my sister found Brookdale. Everyone was so understanding and helped us each step of the way. We knew mom would be upset and likely resist but the staff all welcomed her and helped her through it.
