RecommendedA wonderful caring environment for my mother. The staff goes out of the way to be caring and considerate. With the lockdown due to the pandemic they have helped with a video call weekly so I can communicate with her. Couldn't be happier with the staff and facility. Thanks!
Since moving Mom into Brookdale College Square. I have seen her have many more good days than she was having. The staff has a way about them that makes her want to attend the activities they have instead of just sitting in her room worrying about everything. I have had the opportunity to set in on some of the entertainment and it was fun and informative. I really like how they involve everyone in the room and they seem to know what to say to each person to make them feel special.
We moved Mom into Brookdale College Square in January 2019. Her previous Memory Care facility was not living up to their commitment. We didn't know what to expect and figured average to average plus would be a reasonable expectation. We have found that our expectations have been far surpassed. The staff does not miss a beat when it comes to activities, care, cleanliness, record keeping, accountability, safety and keeping the residents happy and with a daily routine. Very grateful we chose Brookdale College Square as the Assisted Living facility for mom. The compassionate and well trained staff provide quality care that is exceptional.
My Mom is getting exceptional care at Brookdale College Square! Everyone is trained to be very understanding with the residents. They don't argue with them, but nicely direct them in the way they need to go. They adjust the care to the changing needs of each resident and stay in contact with me about the any changes. Both of my parents are in Brookdale College Square. My mother with Alzheimer's and my father with Dementia. Knowing they are safe, that they are so well taken care of, that the people who work there CARE about them, helps me sleep at night. I realized after they were there a month that there was no way I could give them the care and the constant attention they receive at their new home, Brookdale College Square.
