Recommendedan amazing and caring staff and residents
The management and staff here have treated us with courtesy and respect. I find them extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After visiting other facilities, my wife and I were not expecting the level of competency and friendliness . The facility is always clean. It is spacious, never shuts the dining room off, provides activities and other events to keep the residents active. The special events such as family night means a lot to both my wife and I. Do I recommend Brookdale Clearwater, you bet I do.
I was walking my dog this morning past the building when I heard someone calling for help. I walked over to the building and started climbing the stairwell (which my dog hates doing) only to find a old man in diaper and no other bottoms. I called the front desk to notify them of what was happening and the response I received was "Yeah, thank you" and a dial tone.
I recently toured the community with Lisa and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and introduced me to many staff members and residents. I was so impressed with the welcoming environment and felt very comfortable and at home there.
