Our experience with Brookdale Chapel Hill has been wonderful. The facility is amazing and the staff is very caring and professional.
I have been here many times through the years and it’s always a pleasure. The entrances are inviting and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and I always see someone helping out or speaking to the residents. They have doctors who come in from Eventus which is very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful during our walk-through. They made sure to answer any questions we had regarding care for our mother. Everything seemed clean and well run from what we saw while there, the staff seemed very attentive.
From the moment my dad moved into Brookdale, we could tell this was a place where people truly care. The staff has been incredibly patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure he is comfortable and happy. As a family, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your loved one is surrounded by people who treat him with genuine kindness.
