Ok it’s beautiful
They hired a lot of new people here recently and nothing still gets done my mom will be left in the bed full of pee , she never gets any of her meals , I come in the after noon it always smell like weed! I told the nurse and she have yet too fix the problem , the elevator always smell like cigarettes! One young lady told me she will not wipe my up after the bathroom because she don’t wanna touch any poop! What’s wrong with this place ! My dad has been living at Brookdale Chapel Hill for around 6 months. We have been extremely happy with the team at Brookdale. His situation has been unique and complex in various ways, and the team has consistently provided us with a very high level of care and support. I recommend this facility extremely highly for anyone who is looking for a great place to partner with for the care of a loved one!
Very friendly staff. The residents seemed very happy. I walked in while there was a piano player and it was very nice. I didn’t have that much time I wanted to check out the facility for my dad. I was happy to see that there were other men like my dad living there. He would have plenty of friends. I will be back for a tour!
It seems that no one especially the manager really cared about talking with potential new residents. The manager Jenny was cold and coarse as she spoke with my aunt and I. Maybe she had a rough day, but it was really off putting for us.
