I think it is bit over priced but they provide great care, great support and my father trusts them so I’m okay with it

I can’t say enough about how happy I am that my dad lives here! The most important thing is my dad says he trusts his caregivers! This is priceless! The residents on his hall all care for one another and it shows. I have only had great experiences with everyone. Are there minor issues, of course but they are nothing in comparison to the compassion and care every single person shows my dad.

They hired a lot of new people here recently and nothing still gets done my mom will be left in the bed full of pee , she never gets any of her meals , I come in the after noon it always smell like weed! I told the nurse and she have yet too fix the problem , the elevator always smell like cigarettes! One young lady told me she will not wipe my up after the bathroom because she don’t wanna touch any poop! What’s wrong with this place !
