We usually attend Oxnard Children's Dental and recently transferred our kids to the Camarillo office. We were very pleased as they were prompt, courteous, and got us out quickly.

Our visit was wonderful as usual. The front desk staff assisted me with navigating my new insurance coverage. She quickly contacted the insurance company and received a fax from the company with confirmation of our coverage. My daughter experiences extreme anxiety whenever she goes to the dentist. The staff took her back and let her know they are experts in that. She did fine with her exam, cleaning and x-rays. I love Dr. Amy. She is warm, wonderful and open to any questions the child or parent may have.

The appointment was an emergency visit for my six-year-old son. He was suffering from an abscess. The receptionist was over the top good at her job (I didn't get her name she had long black hair), And every one after that was comforting and told us what to expect. We left knowing that we were in good hands. Thank you for helping us to the degree that you did during this difficult time.
