Always under staffed management plays favoritism employees wasn't a made aware of covid-19 residents that test positive untill other employees was hospitalized always icecream but no wipes and gloves.
RecommendedThe staff at Brookdale are caring and very willing to help with needs of family and residents.
They take great care of my Mom and during the pandemic, they made sure she got to see her great great granddaughter for Easter. It’s little things like this that make Brookdale stand out.
I would give Brookdale 10 Stars. My grandfather moved in about a week ago. Everyone has been so kind, patient, and helpful. I believe without a doubt my family and I couldnt have picked a better place for my grandfather.
My biggest recommendation goes to my mom's floor "nurse"! Also, the main nurse is amazing, too! The floor nurse, this girl is amazing and I am so lucky that she cares for my mom.I hope that she goes on to school and gets her RN because you can tell this is her calling! If it wasn't for the floor staff the facility would just be a nice facility! These girls/guys work so hard and after a very short period of time I consider them all my friends! Such great people I ran into all of them at brums and had the pleasure of buying them all Ice cream and seeing the smile on there face made my day. Only if I was able to see my grandpa and grandma one last time I’d give the world for that. So to there family’s in joy it while u can cause one day u won’t have that so it was great seeing them smile as I bought there Ice cream. And they are such a great bunch of folks.
I brought a patient from Alabama to your facilities a couple of years ago and this facility was so clean, smelled clean, the residents looked happy to be there!! The nurses there, were absolutely delightful to be around!!
