RecommendedBrookdale Broadmoor has done an amazing job taking care of the residents and keeping them safe during this Corona virus. They went into lock down at the facility quickly for the safety of the residents. They are working long and hard to ensure every day that all of the residents are well cared for, entertained and understood. The staff are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever run into. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Mom.
Residents often have to wait for DAYS to receive prescriptions INCLUDING ANTIBIOTICS if there isn’t staff on site to enter the Rx into the computer. This puts the sick person and those they come in contact with at risk!
Wonderful humans caring for my precious loved one
The staff is very caring and always willing to listen to my concerns for Mom. The facility is also clean. No smells when you walk in!
