This place engages in shady billing practices. They present a wonderful environment and make promises but don't follow through. DO NOT e-sign anything. They will take your signature and put it on pages you will never know about that will end up screwing you over in the end. Make sure to get physical copies of every page there is before you ever leave, or you won't ever get it. Some of the staff are great and truly care, but others don't. Be warned that they will scam you.

My family members were in Brookdale for 10 days when they were asked to leave by a nurse for the second time. After repeated requests, they could not get any of their rent for the month, nor the community fee returned to them. It was so sad how they were treated. Please ask lots of questions and check in on your family often.
