RecommendedMy husband and I live here and it was a very good decision. The staff is great and the facility may be old but it is wonderful. They are doing everything they can to keep us safe from the COVID-19 virus and we do not have anyone with it.
I do not really recommend this rehab facility. My father-in-law was there and instead of getting strong he fell and passed away at the hospital.
My mother-in-law lives in Independent Living. I just wanted to tell you how amazing Alicia Williams the Residents Services Director has been with helping me get Her labs taken care of each month. She is the most conscientious person! She is always very sweet and helpful no matter how many times I call. I can totally count on her to follow up and do exactly what she says she will do. The therapists in the exercise room were attentive
My father is in assisted living and cannot walk. He needs help using the bathroom and getting dressed. There have been many times when he uses the button for assistance and no one comes. He transferred from skllled nursing back to his apartment recently and there was no communication with the staff, so the staff never knew he was back in his apartment.
