I’ve been living in this brookdale for almost 4 years, and overall it has been a great experience. The leasing office team is always professional, friendly, and very helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The maintenance team is also amazing — they are responsive, efficient, and always handle requests professionally. It really makes a difference there is a reliable team here.
Now that we've been living here since mid-December, I'm happy to report that we love living here even more than in the beginning. We moved from a very, very horrible apartment in a very good area. We looked at MANY options all over the Main Line. All included paying off our old lease in order to move. None of the places we saw quite fit our needs......that is, until we saw Apartment 304 in Brookdale. From the minute we walked in, it felt like "home", a feeling we never had in our former place. Lived at Brookdale in 2019 and just came back to the area was here for a tour. The updates are amazing and look forward to moving back into the building!
Toured with Faith who was very friendly and knowledgeable! It seemed very recently updated and was clean, quiet and had a lot of space.
My daughter and I looked at a number of possible apartments in the area but, for a variety of reasons, none felt "right". Finally, we found out about Brookdale and we just moved in a few days ago. First, the three ladies in the leasing office were fabulous. Stacie, Shavonn and Faith were welcoming, helpful and kind.
