We have lived here for over two years and have always had good experiences with the management team especially Stacie and the maintenance department. The maintenance team is always quick to come out and fix everything in a timely manner.
Lived here for 2.5 years and it’s been pretty smooth! When the building changed hands there was some adjusting but maintenance is fast and the staff is super nice. Stacie M at the office was amazing and so responsive to every concern and the area is quiet. Maintenance has also always been so nice and fixed things really well. We’re only leaving because we’re moving out of state :)
It's a nice building in good neighborhood. Staff is attentive to maintenance issues. 99% of the time maintenance issues are taken care of within 48 hours. Luke, from maintenance, is always friendly, and has greeted me, by name, every time I have seen him since right when I moved in. Stacie and everyone else at the office are always helpful when I have questions or concerns. It's to live in a building where the staff are friendly and helpful. The move in process from out of state was quick and seamless. Andrea was very helpful and responded to all my inquiries very quickly. I was very happy with the whole process.
Freshly renovated apartments and I signed a one-year lease, after the first year. They raised everyone's rent in the space hundreds of dollars. Mine went up $400 after the first year. Others went up six to $900 a month. Management is not attentive to when things break, not worth the money. Who raises the rent four to $500 on everyone in a building?
