Just one of the many things that have gone down hill. Taking out half the bushes, shrubs, and trees. 8 days of constant chain saws and machines to have our privacy and beauty destroyed. They take nice things out and either replace them with lower quality products or simply never replace them. 30 year old holly bushes gone in 3 minutes. They did not alert anyone to this (or ask). If you’re looking for a well kept apartment complex, this is not it. It’s not terrible but the standards are pretty low.
Excelent job of the leasing center Ms Cathy and Tim are very diligent with the resident's requests. Very clean and quiet neighborhood! 100% recommended 👍
The maintenance in this place is awesome. Any time I have an issue they fix it. "No ifs and no buts" Thank you Tracy and Brookdale Apartments.
