Service was good 2-3 years ago at my previous house so I started service at a new location when I moved. Service has gone downhill in the past 1-2 years or so. I've had billing issues and other issues with service requests. Doesn't seem like they communicate very well internally which means a lot of calls and follow ups to resolve seemingly basic issues.
