Quiet and Safe Going on two years living here, I love it. Being a single woman, I feel safe. Management is friendly and on top of maintenance requests. Great location and lots of beautiful trees. Plan on renewing lease.
Love it!!! I have lived here for 6 yrs. Everyone here are wonderful. I have never lived in a place that is so caring for their residents. They have done so mush here in the past 4 or five yrs....Huge improvement! I was going to move because of new management, I am so happy I stayed. GREAT PLACE I lived there for two years and loved it. Everyone that worked there was courteous, kind and always cooperative. The building was kept clean at all times. No problem with people picking up after their dogs, bags and receptacles are provided. They could have used more lounge chairs around pool area on weekends but that was all. Tranquil Living I have been living here for four years and still love it as much as I did when I first moved in There are many trees and a beautiful lake with fountains. The staff is friendly and keep the complex well maintained. It is also a pet friendly community. I love the screened balcony and the large walk in closet. It is located in a great location. I feel safe living here. I looked at about five other properties and I just knew it felt like home when I came here. I am so happy that I chose this apartment.

Pretty nice! 10 story apartment building. Awesome location - near mall (not as bad as you might think, even come Christmas shopping season), easy access to commuter rail/rt9/mass like etc. Friendly office staff. I've actually noticed that I don't hear my neighbors through the walls, though you can definitely tell when people are walking down the hall. Cloverleaf aFARTments I just thought it was a creative name I actually really love my apartments. It's really nice and perfect for me only thing I could ever complain about is that the walls are thin. Not that you can hear other neighbors but hanging stuff is impossible on quarter inch drywall and aluminum studs
Cloverleaf Apartments Out of all of the apartments I've lived in, Cloverleaf has to be the best one. The apartments are very beautiful and there is a pool, an exercise room as well as a media room. On top of all of that the location is very good too (in front of the Natick Mall)
