If you want a place where nothing gets fixed this is the place for you. The only good thing about this place was the neighbors. I had one of my windows come out in my hands and i was told they were being replace because it was a security issue for me and it never got done. the toilet shifts and the drain to the tub took at least 20 minutes to drain.
Absolutely horrible experience here. Especially living on the first floor , I can’t leave the windows open because of the marijuana smoker on the steps (although it’s against the policy). The noise above us in unbearable at all hours of the night. Insane amounts of bugs in the summer. Mostly ants and millipedes. Between the hard water and how humid it is on this garden level everything rusts. The association does nothing about issues. I own a condo in brook village condo, Boxborough, MA. If you want peace of mind, please never buy a property here. The building has serious structural issues and ready to collapse. The ground floor condos get flooded when there is rain more than 6hrs. Condo fee is above 400dlr/ month but the new Condo management does not care about anything. They don't even take care of the snow on time. If you face an issue and call the number in the site, it will never be answered. If you send emails, there won't be any replies for months.... read more
