These reviews are not accurate!! My Jewish school has been using them for over 10 years and they have never failed us. They show us nothing but reliability, last minute bus reservations, and decent prices. The worker, Richard who handles the bus reservations , is phenomenal. He responds right away and is very professional and patient with us. I would definitely try brooks transportation if you haven’t already!!!
As another school bus driver I have to say I love seeing their old Crown Coach bus around town. I hope y’all keep that thing going forever.
Great reliable company that is there when you need to be picked up and return back to school.
This is a message about the driver in bus #60, license plate 9KYZ006 who was driving on the 101 North today at around 11:30. The driver crossed a solid white line forcing us into the next lane and gave us no choice to move as there was a car to the right of us, almost causing a very bad accident. We have a baby in the car. This is a huge concern if this bus is transporting children.
I'm going to copy and paste my experience with this company as per an e-mail I sent in order to file a formal complaint against the company. Judging from the experiences I have read here, my experience may be a lucky one: "I used the charter company Brooks Transportation Inc. I spoke with Austin Quiroz on the morning of November 8 in order to procure a bus for a field trip that evening.
