My kids have been seeing Dr. Tlougan for 9 years and have had a combined 50 visits for various things. He’s an excellent doctor BUT I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting over 60 min past my appt time and the doctor has still not come in. There is always a wait every time. I would say 30 min always and an average of 40 min. We need to find a new doctor! Do not recommend if you don’t want to spend hours waiting for a 3 min visit.
A++++ doctor. My son has been seeing Dr Tlougan monthly for the past six months and he could not be kinder, more compassionate or thorough. He gives such care and attention to both our son and us as the parents. Never once have we felt rushed and we always leave with all of our questions answered. So grateful to dr. Tlougan!
Really kind doctor. Great with my son. Explained treatment plan for his acne. Still amazed at the results. My son's face is pretty much acne-free now. I wish I had gone to see him sooner.
He was very kind & patient with my 11 y/o daughter. He explained things so that she understood how to treat her skin concerns. Will definitely continue to go to him for her needs.
