Dr Brook Schales has moved to a new location 4520 Intelco Loop SE, Bldg #3, Lacey, WA 98503. I truly respect her knowledge and love her care. I feel that she listens and works hard to help me. I understand that my insurance pays for only a portion of my visit and my out of pocket payments are worth it to me. I am happy being cared for by a Dr that is not shuffling me through a typical fast paced overflowing impersonal practice. I love her advice and her wonderful massages!
Was unable to attend follow up exam she MADE me make because of a work emergency, then charged me 30$, yea not going to invest my years or copays in someone who charges for a follow up for vitamins...
