Company/Brook Run: • Redwood spends excessive amounts of money on unnecessary things such as renovating their leasing office, ripping up a perfectly fine parking lot instead of just sealing it, building an un-used dog park, excessive landscaping work that nobody asked for, etc… • Redwood doesn’t address basic maintenance issues such as broken heater and chlorinator in the pool causing it to be unusable, broken lock system for fitness center, and not setting up a brand-new grill causing... read more
