“I recently applied to the apartment complex and paid the $50 application fee. When I visited them, they told me everything looked good. However, they informed me that my wife also needed to complete a separate application for 50$ . After we both applied, they requested additional income proof. This wasn’t communicated until after the fee was paid, which was frustrating. Overall, the process was a bit confusing, 🫤
Stay away !when you move out they will get you for every single little thing they charged me 75 dollars for a light bulb in the refrigerator they charged me to do pest control because the neighbors brought in bed bugs I lived there for 5 years never had bedbugs someone new moved in and I get charged for pest control I have pictures of how I left the apartment. This place needs an overhaul. Rotting cabinets. Roaches are absolutely terrible. Do something about your property people shouldn’t have to live under these conditions. Takes so long to fix the basic things, do better.
I got 3 days without air conditioning at my apartment!! 95 degrees inside the apartment!!! And I have to spend no money on a hotel!!! Cuz I can stay there!!!!
