I got 3 days without air conditioning at my apartment!! 95 degrees inside the apartment!!! And I have to spend no money on a hotel!!! Cuz I can stay there!!!!
Been here for 6 yrs now!! Management and maintenance are very easy to work with. I love my home it's a quiet safe place to live. Playground swimming pool. Laundry facilities.
Pros: homey, spacious, good neighbors, quiet, good laundry facility, good location, fair price. (850 for 2 bedroom, 1 bath) Cons: management is hostile, maintenence takes forever to do the job and doesn't truly fix issues (puts bandaid over large issues), ammentities in apartment feel out of date. On top of your mistakes, but slow to fix their own. Update: Immature management. when we went to find a new apartment we went to one of the sister locations and were denied basically due to "word of mouth"
I’ve called NUMEROUS times for 3 weeks and I’ve even stopped by. Never an answer or call back. First time door was locked but people walked out, so I was obviously being ignored when I knocked. Went again today and yesterday but same thing. I wanted to rent a place here but I guess not. Do better.
