This was an awful place to deal with. They had limited appointments. Their staff was unresponsive. Their phone system and voicemail are not reliable and went down several times in a few month period. They would not provide us with a case manager. They would not respond to emails. They would not return calls. Their front desk won’t even let you make an appointment—they tell you they have to call you back at a later date to schedule one, but then they don’t call.
