Don’t let the new reviews fool you.. Short version; in my time here, someone was stabbed in the building I was living (another resident had to clean up the blood because maintenance didn’t- which is a biohazard), my apartment was broken into while I was asleep, the SWAT team was called to make an arrest on premises, my partners car was broken into and items were stolen, not 1 time I called maintenance did they solve my issue(s), & the property manager has outright ignored me multiple times for numerous concerns. I have been here two months now. I wanted to wait and give a good answer honest review. It is HARD to find an affordable 2br apt to rent!!! I was very nervous because of the reviews. But took the good over the bad. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. We’ve had some maintenance issues but the guys are awesome at keeping you updated. The place looks clean, quiet, and beautiful. Recently, I came in to tour with Charlotte. Applied, was approved, and moved in. My overall experience with the process was awesome. Compared to other places I've applied to and lived at, this experience was overall one of the best I've ever had. You can tell that Charlotte loves what she does.
