I was looking for an apartment ans decided to check the place out. I didn't have an appointment for a tour, but I was helped either way by Charlotte Johnson. I had been out apartment hunting for my son all day, so I hVs to say that it was refreshing to come in to a place and be so openly greeted as soon as you walk in. Don’t let the new reviews fool you.. Short version; in my time here, someone was stabbed in the building I was living (another resident had to clean up the blood because maintenance didn’t- which is a biohazard), my apartment was broken into while I was asleep, the SWAT team was called to make an arrest on premises, my partners car was broken into and items were stolen, not 1 time I called maintenance did they solve my issue(s), & the property manager has outright ignored me multiple times for numerous concerns. I have been here two months now. I wanted to wait and give a good answer honest review. It is HARD to find an affordable 2br apt to rent!!! I was very nervous because of the reviews. But took the good over the bad. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. We’ve had some maintenance issues but the guys are awesome at keeping you updated.
