Have been seeing Helmer several yrs, had been pleased with service til last appointment, she said needed Bone density test & never ordered, I called check what was going on & was rudely told by nurse not be calling & that she hadn't put in order...needless to say changed to new PC
Very disappointed in this office. Went in for a prescription refill/annual visit and ended up being billed for many other things, along with labs that I never asked for. Been trying to get this worked out between this office and insurance for 6 months. Also just not a very pleasant person to see. Switching doctors asap
Scheduled to meet with Dr. Helmer not b/c I was sick but as a possible primary care option. She was obnoxious. Came into the room lecturing about something she has no specialty or expertise in and without asking a single question. Worst doctors visit I've ever had. This woman prob shouldn't be working around real human beings.
