Needs work very costly
Office staff is always there when you need them. Especially Janell she is always quick to help, super friendly, and really cares about the community.
Love Brookhaven apartments special Alberto is always professional, courteous, and quick to respond whenever help is needed. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely kind. Brookhaven is lucky to have him!
Workers have been great and friendly just personally I have had a few of issues so far. And things like Air in Florida during July need to be checked when an issuebis reported and be a priority. Some people have health issues and if they can not stay in there own apartment due to no fault of there own I am sure they are not getting a discount but if you are 2 days late on rent they will jump all over you and I believe that same immediate response needs to be put into action when tenants have issues that could lead to severe ... read more
