Lived there 10 years ago. Bought a home for 35k, it was nice. Double with a double wide garage snd car port. Sold it 3 years later for 10 k. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. It is like living in a 3rd world country. Water is off constantly, roads are terrible, lot rents outrageous. They charge the absolute most they can. Count on a raise every year on lot rents that are already 300 to 400 % higher than most of the area. And for all that money you get nothing. Just moved here in February 2019. So far it seems ok. I see maintenance crews out and about. I guess these are new owners. They are trying. It seems like a big job trying to keep up with everything that needs fixing. I see several homes that need fixing and a huge number of feral cats that we could do without. They need more people to enforce park rules concerning property upkeep. They keep moving personnel to their other park. I would like to organize a committee to bring some of the concerns of the residents to the owners.... read more

I have lived here for over 8 years and the new manager is working on bringing this park up to the standards it used to be. The roads have pot holes but are being repaved soon, the water mains are being fixed, when needed, and are shut off between 10-5 with a notice posted when this happens. I have great neighbors and a nice size lot that houses raspberry bushes and a veggie garden I put in a few years ago. A place gives back what is put into it I always say. This owner in the park can give to shits about anyone in here.We have older people in here and they don't even have the means to plow the streets.I will be contacting law makers for them to take action on this owner. This is not a place you really to be in the winter.We have about 48" of snow and not a plow around.We all need not to pay rent and teach this slumlord.He don't we don't care to pay your bills. What is he going to kick all of us out don't think so.

This is an untreated, disgusting, dangerous place to be living in. They turn the water off any part of the day for no reason without even putting warnings up. They don't fix the roads. We have cops in here everyday because people don't know how to be a better person. The monthly payments go up every year and it's at like 600$ right now that's a waste of money when you can be living in an actual home. Look at plumbing under home. They said they winterized the home I was buying. I seen both toilets were cracked they said yes the home was winterized but we did not drain the toilets. Well I had to live here 14days with no water and get a loan for $2385.00 for a total replum job and new hot water tank. A lot of the homes sit vacant all winter. They evict someone after 2mths in rent and keep the home and resell it for cheap with no warranty. Water gets shut off a lot to fix broken lines in park. Plowing sucks in the winter. Wa... read more

this place sucks. if id have known they would be such sticklers on things, i wouldnt have moved here. crappy rds, crappy trailers. lot rent way to high and going up in march...cant do an ything, cant have anything, no swing sets, no tramploines, no privacy fences...lots of empty run down places, lots of empty lots. owner's soulution to problems with neighboirs, call the cops...she wont handle the issues...dogs in the park that arent supposed to be here...pit bulls rotties, if id have known i was moving into the ghetto side o... read more

BROOK GARDENS SUCKS! – This place is STUPID! They don't let you do nothing! They yell at me for having a trampoline what my kids can't have any fun. I right now I am sick of them shutting off the water all the time! Like hello when I come home from work I want to take a shower. My daughter is crying because she has school retakes tomorrow and they haven't put the water on at all. I AM SICK OF THIS PLACE I AM MOVING AT THE END OF WINTER!! NEVER MOVE HERE THIS PLACE SUCKS!
