Its not a bad place to live, but the rules sre not strictly enforced. I have lived here for several years and things still haven't improved hete. They are now completely full, all apartments sre occupied. Overall i give this place three stars due to the continuous rule violations. Though i will say that the new apartments are a major improvement over the older ones.
I've lived in brookridge apartments for over ten years. This place has definitely seen better days. To me it seems like people can get away with anything. The rules get broken alot and it digusts me. What's the point of having rules if you don't enforce them? Overall it's a roof over my head at least. But I'm currently looking for a new place to live.
