From start to finish, it was a pretty fast process. Bree the sales agent was extremely helpful and kind. The builder seemed to have an excuse for a lot of things. I had to do a lot of cleaning after move in, due to paint and glue on the floors in multiple places. Things like landscaping were not done when promised they would be. Closing got pushed back twice, which with a new build isn’t too bad. Closed at 430pm on a Thursday, power and was shut off at noon Tuesday and water the next morning.
